1. Introduction

Welcome to phvvvv. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phvvvv ("we," "us," "our," "the Company," "phvvvv") governing your access to and use of the phvvvv website located at phvvvv.app, including all games, services, promotions, and features offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by phvvvv, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and must not attempt to register an account. Your continued use of phvvvv after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use phvvvv, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory minimum age requirement under applicable Philippine regulations and is strictly enforced by phvvvv.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, restricted, or requires a license not held by phvvvv.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or using the Platform.
• You must not have previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by phvvvv for a violation of these Terms.
• You must not be classified as a problem gambler or have requested self-exclusion from phvvvv or from any PAGCOR-regulated platform that maintains a shared exclusion registry.

phvvvv reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine National ID, passport, SSS/GSIS card, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by phvvvv may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending compliance review.

3. Account Registration

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) phvvvv account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent ban.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all fields, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, your date of birth, your Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must notify phvvvv promptly of any changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phvvvv username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. phvvvv will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or by writing to [email protected].

phvvvv may, at its sole discretion, decline to open an account for any applicant without providing a reason. Account registration does not create any contractual obligation on the part of phvvvv to provide continuous access to the Platform.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the phvvvv Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). phvvvv accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following supported payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, QR Ph, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your phvvvv PHP wallet upon confirmation from the respective payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. phvvvv does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which phvvvv accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been used to fund your phvvvv account and that belongs to you. phvvvv will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Standard processing times are communicated within the cashier section of the Platform and may vary based on the selected payment method and any compliance review requirements.

Anti-Money Laundering: phvvvv complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. All transactions are monitored. phvvvv reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawals and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), as required by law.

Funds held in your phvvvv PHP wallet do not earn interest. phvvvv is not a financial institution and your wallet balance does not constitute a deposit in the banking sense.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phvvvv may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") to new and existing players. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of each offer, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods.

General Bonus conditions applicable to all phvvvv promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are valid for one (1) per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash unless and until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited without compensation.
• phvvvv reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any Bonus at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, misuse, or violation of promotional terms.
• In the event of a conflict between these general Bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms of that promotion shall take precedence.
• Winnings generated from Bonus funds that exceed any stated maximum withdrawal cap will be removed before the withdrawal is processed.

Players who have active Bonus balances may not be able to withdraw their real-money balance until the Bonus has either been fully wagered or forfeited. Players always have the option to forfeit an active Bonus via their account settings before requesting a withdrawal.

6. Gameplay & Betting

phvvvv offers a range of gaming products including but not limited to live dealer casino games, electronic slots, sports betting (including PBA, NBA, international football, UFC, boxing, and sabong), online bingo, and specialty games. Each game category may be governed by additional game-specific rules, which are accessible within the respective game interface.

All game outcomes on the phvvvv Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for electronic games, and by live physical processes for live dealer games. phvvvv does not manipulate game outcomes. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) rates for slot games are disclosed in the game information panel within each title.

In the event of a technical malfunction — including server disconnection, software error, or communication failure — during a game session, phvvvv's decision regarding the outcome of any affected bet shall be final and binding. Bets that cannot be completed due to a verified technical fault will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's wallet. No additional compensation will be paid for interrupted sessions.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per bet type. Players are responsible for reviewing applicable limits before placing bets. phvvvv reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phvvvv Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

1. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during account use.
2. Registering or operating more than one phvvvv account.
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
4. Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotion.
5. Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any suspected bugs must be reported to phvvvv support immediately rather than exploited.
6. Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime under Philippine law.
7. Charge-backs or reversal of deposits through your payment provider after using those funds for gameplay.
8. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
9. Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including minors.
10. Any conduct that phvvvv, in its sole reasonable judgment, determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform, other players, or the Company.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phvvvv Platform, including but not limited to the phvvvv brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of phvvvv or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of phvvvv.

9. Privacy & Data

phvvvv collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

phvvvv will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with regulated payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud detection services, and competent authorities as required by applicable Philippine law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). 10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phvvvv, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

phvvvv's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phvvvv account in the ninety (90) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phvvvv makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

11. Account Termination

You may close your phvvvv account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance in your account (net of any active Bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification and processing procedures.

phvvvv reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if phvvvv reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. In cases of termination for cause, phvvvv may withhold any balance pending investigation and may refer the matter to appropriate Philippine authorities.

Self-exclusion requests are treated as a special category of account closure. If you request self-exclusion, your account will be suspended for the period you specify (or permanently, at your election), and phvvvv will take reasonable steps to ensure you are not targeted by marketing communications during that period.

12. Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding any aspect of your phvvvv account, a game outcome, a transaction, or these Terms, you must first contact phvvvv customer support via live chat and allow phvvvv a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally. phvvvv aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 7 business days.

Game outcome disputes must be raised within 7 days of the relevant game session. Disputes raised outside this window may not be considered. phvvvv's determination of any game outcome dispute, based on server log data, shall be final and binding in the absence of demonstrable technical error on phvvvv's part.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through phvvvv's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phvvvv operates in accordance with the guidelines and directives of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with PAGCOR directives or applicable Philippine law, the applicable law or directive shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.

14. Changes to Terms

phvvvv reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phvvvv will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a notice displayed upon their next login to the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.
